Infinite Systems Services (ISSI) is a national IT hardware management and service company. Our headquarters facility is located in the heart of the Midwest – St. Louis, Missouri – yet we provide coverage across the country with more than 300 satellite locations to serve your company’s IT needs. Our centrally-located St. Louis facility houses our administrative offices, training center, parts distribution center and national technical support facilities. ISSI has a comprehensive hardware management approach. We offer complete end-to-end hardware management and maintenance services.
With more than 25 years in the business, ISSI’s professional IT staff consists of experienced technicians who have extensive multi-vendor and multi-platform hardware expertise. We recognize the importance of high quality employees who are resourceful, and have a good attitude and work ethic. Our engineers have extensive experience on a wide variety of hardware and software. Because of this, they can find a quick solution to your IT problem, saving you time and money.
ISSI provides you with one point of contact – we give you one number to call and we will handle your IT remotely from our headquarters office or will dispatch an IT professional from one of our satellite locations across the country. You will have a dedicated, accountable customer service representative for your account.
With ISSI, you hire a company, not just individuals. Our technicians use company-wide resources to solve the toughest problems. We have support labs for testing and duplicating problems to help us resolve problems more quickly. We have an extensive system to back up our employees and handle extra calls.
